Directions - For Bath: (Can be used in tub or foot bath) sprinkle
approximately 1/4th of your 1/2 lbs of clay under warm to hot running
water and relax for 20 minutes For Skin Treatments: Hydrate your clay in a
plastic container by mixing. 1 part clay to 6 parts water. Stir until
smooth and let the mixture sit for 1-3 hours before applying topically.
Apply to areas, such as face or full body, to draw out toxins and your
hydrate skin. Leave product on for 15-20 minutes then rinse with warm
water. Results should reveal soft and beautiful well-hydrated skin.
