The first single item order I placed was lost by the Post Office somewhere in Memphis. The second single item purchase, which was for a different item and was placed within minutes of placing the first order, was received almost immediately after I placed it.
After contacting the Post Office, I still have not received the item. I waited and then called Lip Ink. They immediately told me that they would re-ship. They are easy to work with, whether it's to place an order, ask for help or respond to a question.. As always, Lip Ink is one of my favorite companies to order from.
