Established in 2001; LIP INK® International instituted the world's first cosmetic recycling program, that allows for all the LIP INK color product returns that are smear-proof, to be recycled to artists, art classes and novice painters to create artwork. That artwork is then submitted to our corporate office; once approved it is put up on display on our official Lip Ink® Artistic Museum , acknowledging the artist. Because of the unique qualities and smear-proof abilities resulting from the multi-patented guaranteed liquid color technology developed by LIP INK® International, the liquid color will paint on almost any surface, creating a new methodology and format to paint by.
