Make sure the brow area is clean and free of oils, creams and lotions before applying
LIP INK® BROW AND LASH CONDITIONER .
Apply to brows or lashes and let dry.
Removing LIP INK® Brow and Lash Conditioner
Saturate a make-up pad, a cotton ball or a warm. moist, dark colored washcloth with our
LIP INK® OFF solution.
Press to the lash or brow area for a few seconds then gently wipe (never scrub) to remove.Splash with water and pat, dry.
NOTE: The LIP INK® products may tingle, this reaction is normal.
